Do a taster session and fall in love with pottery!
I did an afternoon's wheel throwing course with Amelia whilst on holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the most amazing experience I've had in a long time. She's so lovely and interesting and such a dedicated teacher. She gave me the bug for pottery and I've returned home and am now taking classes. I've already made a few pots and dishes. The next challenge is to master the art of pulling the clay up to make that tall vase. Thank you so much for teaching me so much in a few hours Amelia!

I went on a 5 week beginners course and it was absolutely brilliant. I learnt to throw, make coil, pinch and slab pots. Liv and Amelia, our teachers, were very kind and encouraging and I will definitely be going back again.
